NOTE: This is an initial application and does not guarantee membership. After a thorough review, the membership committee will contact you. 

Upon approval, membership dues will become immediately due and shall be collected annually.

Regular Membership: $72 per year, reoccurring

Supporting Membership: $54 per year, reoccurring

Honorary Membership: Sponsorship

Membership Types

Note:
For membership Consideration, a Jewish person is defined as having at least one parent of recognized Jewish descent or who have converted to Judaism through a recognized Jewish movement, and who do not actively practice another religion. (Birthright Israel). 
Regular Membership
Regular Membership shall be open to all sworn full-time or retired Jewish State Troopers working or residing in New Jersey; that are in good standing or retired-in-good standing, with the New Jersey State Police. 
Supporting Membership
Membership shall be open to all full-time, part-time, or retired Jewish or Non-Jewish State Troopers, NJSP civilian support staff or other law enforcement members, working or residing in New Jersey, that are in good standing with the respective law enforcement agencies with verifiable good moral character interested in furthering the goals of the JTA, are eligible with consent. This shall also include current or former NJ Jewish US Attorneys, Assistant US Attorneys, Attorney Generals, Deputy Attorney Generals, County Prosecutors, and Assistant Prosecutors. 
Honorary Membership
Honorary Membership is given with consent by the executive board. This type of membership is given to those who support the goals and objectives of the JTA, but who do not have voting rights and authorities as regular members. An honorary member status may be revoked at any time with 51% of executive board voting approval.
